The goals of the Office of Retirement Services are to:
- Deliver consistent, accurate and courteous information when communicating with customers.
- Develop solutions that benefit all stakeholders when addressing customer needs and concerns.
- Develop and implement communications models to share with employees regarding the services provided by Retirement Services.
