As a result of the ongoing negotiations, medical plans and rates were based on the 2025-26 insurance plans. Changes to the costs or benefits of the medical plans during the plan year, as a result of negotiations and ratification, will permit members to make a secondary election change to medical plans only. Employees will be notified of the secondary enrollment via alluser email.

2025-26 Rate Sheet

Please note there are two sets of medical rates, one for those with coverage effective on or before July 1, 2024 and one for those with coverage effective on or after July 2, 2024. Deductions are take biweekly over 10 months (Sept. - June) for 12 months of coverage.

2026-27 Medical Plans at a Glance

Use this document to review the OCPS Cigna medical plans effective Oct. 1, 2026. If negotiations result in changes to medical plan benefits or costs that are ratified during the plan year, OCPS will conduct a second enrollment period for medical plans only. This will allow eligible employees to review the negotiated changes and make a new medical plan election if they choose. Employees will receive additional information via email should a second enrollment become necessary.
