Project Description
The School Board of Orange County, Florida is interested in entering into continuing contracts with various qualified professional Building Envelope Consulting firms to provide services of a specified nature as outlined in the contract to be entered into, the form of said contract being attached hereto, said services consisting of providing Building Envelope Consulting Services throughout the District. The Consultant shall provide and or perform professional building envelope services for a variety of projects being administered by Owner departments. Such projects may include but not limited to the renovation, repair, new, addition, replacement or improvement of facilities.
Failure to file a protest within the time prescribed in section 120.57 (3), Florida Statutes, or failure to post the bond or other security required by law within the time allowed for filing a bond shall constitute a waiver of proceedings under chapter 120, Florida Statutes.
