Letter from the Editor

I hope you’re enjoying the new, all-digital Orange Peal.

We’ve kept most of the features from the print version, including:

* A Funny Thing Happened
* Around OCPS
* Department profiles and stories
* Interesting news from around the district
* Hidden employee IDs for a prize
* Nourish to Flourish
* Retirement Corner

and we have added a few new elements:

* A monthly profile of an educator
* Foundation Fans, focusing on the Foundation for OCPS and the ways they help the district

What types of stories and features would you like to see in the future?

A few ideas we have heard are:

* A parent’s corner for OCPS employees who are also OCPS parents, grandparents or guardians
* More listings of awards or recognitions

Would you prefer the Orange Peal be shorter?
