403(b) and 457(b) Programs

Orange County Public Schools offers a 403(b) and 457(b) program to employees. There are numerous companies and a wide variety of investment opportunities from which to choose. Selecting an investment is always an individual choice. For this reason, Orange County Public Schools does not recommend one company or investment choice over another.

Employees should contact several companies on the Authorized Provider List shown below and speak with an agent who will explain the various investment products that are available. 

Once employees have selected a company, an authorized agent will assist them with filling out the required paperwork to open an account and begin the bi-weekly payroll deductions.
