U.S. Navy Lt. surprises son at school 🎦

Lt. Steve Phillips is a reserve officer in the U.S. Navy, but his regular job is as a Corporal at Orange County Sheriff's Office's Human Resources division. As Lt./Cpl. Phillips surprised his son Chase at Whispering Oak Elementary after a nine month deployment, Orange County Sheriff John Mina and members of his squad were on hand to surprise him.
